catering_policies

We, at Dangerfield’s hope the following information is helpful to you and will assist you in planning a successful and pleasant event with us.

We take great pride in creating menu’s especially designed for you and your group. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into Dangerfield’s facilities by any Guest except a wedding cake which may be ordered through another source. Also Danferfield’s does not allow any food or beverage to be taken from the banquet room. If food or beverage is taken from the premise, Dangerfield’s Restaurant no longer assumes liability for these items.

Deposits
An advance non-refundable $150.00 deposit will be required to reserve and confirm your function. All catered functions are subject to a 17% service charge and applicable state and local sales taxes. Final menu selections are to be submitted seven (7) days prior to the scheduled function to insure availability of desired menu items.

Guarantees
A guaranteed number of guests is required 48 hours prior to your scheduled function. If a guarantee is not received, Dangerfield’s will prepare and charge for the number of Guests estimated on the original catering agreement. Dangerfield’s will prepare and set for 5% over the guaranteed number.

We, at Dangerfield’s will try to offer you the very best accommodations at the time your function is originally booked, however due to the large number of Guest bookings and last minute changes in function guarantees, Dangerfield’s reserves the right to reassign seating areas in order to better accommodate all of our Guests needs.

Pricing
All Food and Beverage prices will be confirmed 90 days in advance of your scheduled function.

Menu Selections
Dangerfield’s suggests a limited of three (3) selections on all sit down Lunch and Dinner functions offering service to 30 Guests or more.
